Before the event, we’re getting an idea of what kind of music you want (and DON’T want) while also figuring out a timeline of events. Everything will run smoothly, but we need to be on the same page. Events runs smoothly because of the homework done prior to it.

During the event, we need to communicate with you and all vendors to ensure everyone is ready to go & ready for the next stage of the event. Surprises aren’t always great, but our job is to keep everything moving forward, make the announcements that lets everyone know what’s going on now and what’s coming up next (and continue to play some cool music). Success isn’t by accident – it’s carefully choreographed.😊
